SUBJECT: Name of Cat - Clan (i.e. Iceblink - WindClan)

Name: The name of your cat. REMINDER: 0-5 Moons, name must end with kit (i.e. Firekit). 0-14 Moons, name must end with paw (i.e. Firepaw). 15+, name may end with any name you wish. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT a forest cat would know what the name means. Good - Fireheart, Graystripe, Bluefur. Bad - Summercloud, Monstertruck, etc.

Gender: The gender of your cat. She-cat or tom.

Age: The age of your cat. In moons please. Moons = Months.

Clan: You have many Clans for your cat to go in. Thunder, River, Shadow, WindClan or they can be a loner, kitty-pet, or rogue.

Rank: If your cat is a Clan-cat, you have to choose from Kit(0-5 moons), Apprentice(6-14 moons), Warrior(14+ moons), Elder, or one of the high positions if they are not token. YOU MAY NOT make a Queen. Your cat has to enter the Clan without kits. Once they are in the Clan, you can go ahead and find your cat a mate and then you can have kits.

Description: What does your cat look like? Five sentences minimum.

Personality: How does your cat act? Anything good about them? Make sure they have some obvious flaws. Eight sentences minimum. Three sentences minimum for kits.

History: What has your cat been through during its life? Eight sentences minimum. Three sentences minimum for kits.

RP Example: This is only required for the first time. We need to make sure you can role-play. Ten sentences minimum. That isn't to much.

Picture: Required. Maybe you have a picture on what your cat looks like. You're picture must be given to us in URL form: i.e. [url*]link[/url*]. Must be appropriate.

Other: Anything else.
